On behalf of The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio faculty, staff and students located at the Regional Academic Health Center (RAHC), I would like to express our gratitude for your interest in the RAHC programs and to welcome you to our website. The RAHC, which is comprised of a Medical Education Division and a Medical Research Division, is located in the Lower Rio Grande Valley of Texas and is a geographically separated campus of the UT Health Science Center San Antonio. Since the RAHC opened it doors in June 29, 2002 we have had a very successful start to our medical education programs—much more than anyone anticipated.
The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio vision for the Regional Academic Health Center (RAHC) is to establish excellent programs in medical education and research, comparable in quality to the San Antonio Programs.
The RAHC, which is comprised of a Medical Education Division and a Medical Research Division, is a geographically separated campus of the UT Health Science Center San Antonio.
